Meat Skinning Machine type VR 434 / VR 555
This machine is capable to remove skin from meat and also make ‘fillets’ from it. The machine is equipped with conveyor belts for the supply and removal of meat. These are easily folded and removed to assist the cleaning and washing of the model. It is easily transferred around the working area because of its four (4) wheels. Every part of the machine is completely stainless steel with additional reinforcement sheets inside the machine used for extra durability and long life production.
All surfaces are smooth for easy cleaning and better hygiene levels. The machine comes with a lever that adjusts the thickness of the final product during the skinning/cut.
