During this step, “dirty” stomachs must be removed from the carcass with the safest and most efficient way.

Our slaughter line designs provide an effortless and easy evisceration process by eliminating any possible contamination, transporting the organs to a different room fast, smoothly, and automatically.

All organs are conveyed automatically for veterinary inspection and can be fully synchronized in line with the carcass to facilitate the simultaneous inspection of all parts. During the whole eviscerating process, traceability is effortless with minimum human interaction.
